He also said that the UDMF had not given up its demand of ‘One Madhes, One Province’. He said that the UDMF was sticking to its stance to establish ‘one Madhes one province’ in the new constitution. He said that all parties should concentrate on promulgating the new constitution within the stipulated deadline and give up the power grabbing politics. The UDMF also decided to play a constructive role to promulgate the pro-people constitution, he said. Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum-Democratic general secretary Jitendra Dev said that the meeting decided to stick to its stance for one Madhes one province.
